Actually, there are two of the same species:
They are 5m high at this time.
Needles/scales are really small:
This is in zone 8a.
Looks similar to https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chamaecyparis_lawsoniana. Mine is ‘Blue Surprise’, quite blue indeed, and a favorite.
