I live in the northeast and just had new grass seed put down early spring. The first one pulls out easily when it has matured, but when it’s small it grows between the lawn and is hard to pull out. It is literally taking over half of my lawn. Weed and feed has not worked. [![enter image description here][1]][1] [![enter image description here][2]][2] [![enter image description here][3]][3] The second started growing in areas where I added new topsoil; likely from seeds infiltrated in the soil. If left untreated, it will grow up to 3-4ft. The stalk is sturdy and more flat than round. Any help would be appreciated. I tried tenacity but we are two weeks in now and it didn't help.
