I've had an issue ever since I moved into my new apartment. I have plants in different rooms, all by the window in south/south-west orientation. There are different plants (basil, carrots, parsley, chilis, etc...) which have had the same issue and I really wonder what it is. Is it bugs? Infections? Fungus disease? Too much sun? I have never seen it before. I can also see some thick liquid-looking reflecting on some leaves sometimes. The basil on the first picture has been standing on the kitchen desk (maybe 1h direct sun a day).
