Is this some variety of feather cactus or it is Old Lady Cactus?

    Definitely a Mammillaria, may be hahnaina. "Old Lady Cactus" is an indistinct common name. It refers to several different species. BTW, the spines on your plant are normal, these plants have a lot of felt and fibers or bristles. – Tim Nevins Mar 9 at 19:20
