My orange tree seems to have some disease. The leaves are bubbled and curled (the photos below). Does anybody know the name of the disease? Which pesticide should I use to cure it?

Any chance an herbicide has been used in the area ? – blacksmith37 Jan 21 '19 at 21:55
  • @blacksmith37 Not really. The peach tree (which is about 10ft away from the orange tree) had a similar issue. I wonder if it is a same disease. – DSKim Jan 22 '19 at 18:02
  • Don't use pesticides at all, it is destroying our planet. Deal with the cause instead. – Fatmajk Sep 26 '19 at 9:11
  • @ DSKim; More likely the peach is getting the same herbicide; It can drift a hundred feet. – blacksmith37 Jan 19 at 21:08
  • Not citrus leaf miner, that hardly distorts leaves, and the silvery leaf surface is left – Polypipe Wrangler Jan 23 at 9:01

Looks like citrus leaf miners.
