Removed reference to other answer entirely, as the text I wrote was incorrect and could damage the reputation on that answer.

Used a more direct cross reference. References to relative positions of answers are not reliable as they depend on the view (votes/oldest/active) and changing of the accepted answer and change over time (for votes, active, and accepted state) - and it indeed happened in this case.
