Our corn and pumpkin seedlings appear to have been decimated by cutworms.

They're actually caterpillars, and quite destructive ones at that:

We're interested in getting rid of them organically, any suggestions greatly appreciated!

The plot is 60m x 20m (200' x 65'), split 50/50 between the two crops.

The corn was planted at roughly 30cm (12") apart in rows 50cm (20") apart.

Pumpkins were about 80cm (32") apart.
