Sep 27, 2015 at 21:25 comment added Niall C. A search for "Heron's Pirouette" suggest that it's a cultivar of Begonia grandis; that's the only use of that name that I could find. The leaves on the plant pictured above are nothing like a Begonia and while there's some similarity in the florets, the overall structure of the flower is also wrong.
