What are these critters in my guava tree and do I need to get rid of them? Since ladybugs can fly away, how do I introduce them so they stay? There are many ladybugs on the corn I am growing in my garden, which is about 25 feet away. Will the ladybugs migrate to the guava tree naturally or do I need to try to carry a few over? |

Why are there wasps in my garden? The wasps have the distinctive yellow and black stripped bodies. And they are mean looking guys. The wasps are landing on and buzzing over the lettuce heads. |

Why are there wasps in my garden? @NiallC., there is pest damage, yes. I'm not sure about caterpillars, haven't unearthed any of those, but I did see a couple of snails near one particularly attacked head of lettuce. |
