I planted my Japanese box two years ago but it is not growing: it is the same size it was two years ago. I wanted to make it like a ball but it has not increased its size even one inch.

Can you please recommend any solution?

Need more info - where are you in the world and what is the Box planted in? – Bamboo Aug 5 '12 at 13:01

Can you try pruning (cutting) the dead parts of the plant, that may encourages new growth. Its no harm trying that!

Also, put some organic fertilizer after you prune it.
